Two days in Mathura and Vrindavan are enough when they are planned with understanding. This tour is designed by someone who guides here regularly and knows how temple timings, security checks, traffic flow, and walking effort actually affect the day. Without that local awareness, the experience can feel rushed or disorganised. With it, the movement stays calm, structured, and practical.
Over these two days, you move from Krishna’s birthplace in Mathura to the quieter childhood spaces of Gokul and then into the devotional lanes of Vrindavan. You attend Yamuna Aarti at the right hour, plan Banke Bihari darshan carefully, and end at Prem Mandir when the evening light settles naturally. Nothing is exaggerated and nothing is forced. The focus remains on steady pacing, clear timing, and honest guidance — so the journey feels meaningful, manageable, and complete.
Details are subject to availability & seasonal adjustments
This area is our home. Our daily routines involve these temple lanes and ghats, unlike where we work or have leisure time. That is why our Two Days Mathura Vrindavan Tour has been developed with care, considering where we will stop, how long we will take to pause, and the best time for us to not be in a hurry.
Because of large numbers of people on foot in the city, there is a prohibition against all types of vehicles in the streets of Vrindavan, which is the norm here. We will chauffeur you through the area via e-rickshaws and i) walking distances so that you experience Vrindavan in a more personal way than if you were to see it from afar.
For Vrindavan, monkeys are real. We don’t mean to scare you, rather, we plan on preparing you. The way we advise you to always secure your sunglasses and personal items are based on experience instead of theory. By remaining aware, we prevent minor occurrences from becoming major stress-inducing events.
You have 3 options to access the Dwarkadhish Temple as there is no road connection available for vehicles, either by taking a boat (fee between Rs 50 - 100 per person) or a rickshaw (fee between Rs 10 - 20), or by walking.

Every journey to Mathura & Vrindavan is sacred. We treat your yatra with the same respect as our own family’s pilgrimage.
“Yatra is not travel — it is faith.”
We are locals of Mathura–Vrindavan. Every route and temple is known to us.
Planned around darshan, aartis and parikrama — never rushed.
Early departure from Delhi to reach Mathura during workable darshan hours.
Structured visit to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, accounting for security and queue timing.
Timed darshan at Dwarkadhish Temple, aligned with active worship hours.
Calm exploration of Gokul, including Raman Reti and Brahmand Ghat at a steady pace.
Evening Yamuna Aarti planned at the right hour for a balanced close to Day 1.
Movement inside Vrindavan managed through e-rickshaws due to traffic restrictions.
Carefully chosen darshan window at Banke Bihari Temple to manage crowd flow.
Balanced visits to Radha Raman Temple and ISKCON Temple, allowing rest between stops.
Evening conclusion at Prem Mandir, timed for the light and sound presentation before returning to Delhi.
We begin with pickup from Delhi and drive toward Mathura. An early but comfortable start helps avoid highway congestion and gives workable darshan time.
On arrival in Mathura, we begin with:
Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi – visited with proper time allocation, as security and entry queues vary.
Dwarkadhish Temple – best experienced when temple activity is active but not overcrowded.
We move steadily, without rushing between gates.
From Mathura, we drive to Gokul, which feels quieter and more personal.
Key stops include:
Gokulnath Temple
Raja Thakur Temple
Brahmand Ghat
Raman Reti
Chintaharan Mahadev
84 Khamba
Walking here is light and manageable. Gokul is best experienced slowly, not hurried.
We return toward Mathura ghats for Yamuna Aarti. Evening is the right time — lamps, chants, and river movement create a natural close to the day.
Overnight stay at hotel in Mathura or Vrindavan (depending on preference).
Vrindavan requires different movement planning. Vehicle restrictions mean we rely on e-rickshaws and short walking segments. This is normal and practical.
Banke Bihari Ji Temple – darshan timing is carefully chosen to avoid peak congestion.
Radha Vallabh Ji Temple – calmer atmosphere, deeper devotional setting.
Vaishno Devi Temple – spacious and structured layout.
Nidhivan – visited respectfully and without lingering.
Radha Raman Temple – one of Vrindavan’s most historically significant shrines.
ISKCON Temple – organised, peaceful, and rhythmically structured.
Breaks are included naturally between temple visits to avoid fatigue.
We conclude at Prem Mandir for the evening light and sound presentation. The timing here is deliberate — post-sunset offers the best experience.
After the show, we begin the return drive to Delhi. Arrival timing depends on traffic but is generally late evening.
This itinerary is structured on real ground conditions — temple opening windows, walking effort, crowd density, and travel fatigue. Nothing is exaggerated, and nothing is rushed. The pacing is steady, the route practical, and the execution clear.
